The Rheumatic Diseases Unit in Lothian has a Multidisciplinary Team consisting of Consultants, Speciality trainees, Specialty Doctors, Rheumatology Nurse Specialists, Research Nurses, Pharmacists, a Physiotherapist, an Occupational Therapist, a Podiatrist and support staff<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rheumatology is principally based at the Western General Hospital, Edinburgh. We also have limited Rheumatology clinics at St John’s Hospital, Livingston and in East Lothian Community Hospital, Haddington. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are a joint University\/NHS academic and clinical unit and a major referral centre for patients with rheumatic diseases in South East Scotland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
