The ‘Take Control of your Asthma’ leaflet provides information on Asthma Control, Reliever and Preventer Treatments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This leaflet was produced by the Scottish Respiratory Pharmacy Specialist Interest Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The NHS Lothian Self-Management Plan for COPD, is your personal management plan that you should take to your COPD healthcare appointments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aim of the plan is to help you have better control of your COPD and will enable you to monitor your symptoms and to know what to do if you have an exacerbation of your COPD symptoms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
