Inhale fully and push the book upwards with your tummy. Exhale slowly through pursed lips, as if blowing out a candle and pull the book downwards by contracting your abdominal muscles. Repeat 3 times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incorporating mindfulness, meditation, or guided relaxation into your routine can help improve your wellbeing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are many different ways to do this and it is important that you find one that suits you best.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-pb-accordion-item c-accordion__item js-accordion-item no-js\" data-initially-open=\"false\" data-click-to-close=\"true\" data-auto-close=\"true\" data-scroll=\"false\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\"><h2 id=\"at-6864\" class=\"c-accordion__title js-accordion-controller\" role=\"button\">Healthy Sleep Habits<\/h2><div id=\"ac-6864\" class=\"c-accordion__content\">\n<p>Establishing a calm pre-sleep routine can be helpful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Limit screen time before bed and try reading or listening to something calming to relax your mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Try and stick to the same sleep and waking time each day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time each day, even on weekends.
