needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional services offered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>telephone advice and information for community patients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>assessment of patients at home, in care homes or in hospital<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>outpatient appointments by arrangement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>complementary therapies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>specialist rehabilitative day
