In NHS Lothian all of the services which help people with foot and ankle conditions work together to ensure that they provide the right service, for the right person, at the right time, in the right place. This is the NHS Lothian Integrated Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Service. These services include Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner Clinics, Advanced Podiatry Practitioner Clinics, Orthopaedics and Radiology.
Our aim is to provide a person-centred, safe and quality service for patients and we use patient pathways to provide appropriate care and seamless transition between these services.
