It is also available to those who are experiencing an acute problem related to a chronic neurological condition. The service assesses cognition, psychological well-being and behavioural change. Cognitive rehabilitation and psychological therapies for difficulties related to those neurological illnesses and injuries are also available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Individuals who use this service have a DCN consultant and are either inpatients on the DCN neurology or neurosurgery wards, or who live at home and visit the department as an outpatient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/services.nhslothian.scot\/neuropsychology\/dcn-acute-neuropsychology-2\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"354\">Meet our Team<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lothian&nbsp;Buses provide&nbsp;a&nbsp;number of buses which stop at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh. These&nbsp;are: 7, 8, 21, 24,&nbsp;38, 33,&nbsp;48, 49, 400.
