I am an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University of Edinburgh and a Consultant Neurologist with NHS Forth Valley and NHS Lothian.
From 2017 to 2021, I was a Senior Clinical Research Fellow for the European Prevention of Alzheimer’s Disease study (EPAD), and I participate in dementia clinical trials at Edinburgh Dementia Prevention and the Neuroprogressive & Dementia Network. I’ve also led projects on metacognition in cognitive disorders and health changes in patients starting haemodialysis.
I specialize in diagnosing cognitive disorders, with a focus on brain health and symptom awareness, and run weekly cognitive clinics for older adults at Marchhall House in Edinburgh.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n
