We perform audits on a daily basis and use evidence-based medicine to guide improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">We have a dedicated Senior Research Nurse who oversees all clinical studies, supported by a part-time Senior Staff Nurse working on the unit and within research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Mags is our full-time dedicated Research Nurse, with extensive experience, having worked for seven years in a Phase 1\u2013accredited Paediatric Clinical Research Facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Our Neonatal Consultant team has comprehensive expertise across both neonatal intensive care and clinical research.
