If you follow these steps, your symptoms might improve so much that you don\u2019t need treatment anymore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>From your 1<\/strong><strong>st<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>appointment<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on your problem\/injury your first appointment will either be on the telephone, video or face to face.&nbsp; The appointment may last 30-45&nbsp;minutes. At your appointment you will have an opportunity to discuss your problem and goals with a physiotherapist and it will usually involve a physical assessment. You will be asked questions regarding your symptoms including relevant past medical history so having a copy of your medication may be helpful.
