Partnering organisations are focused on helping LEAP patients reach their&nbsp;full potential in these areas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In weekly sessions during the LEAP programme, Encompass deliver a modular training programme which leads to a qualification (SQA) being awarded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Most LEAP graduates go on to complete the full Encompass programme in Edinburgh, leading to further qualifications. Encompass also offer opportunities&nbsp;for job placement and work experience. Every client has an Encompass key worker to support them.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional training support is offered to improve patients&#8217; soft skills e.g. communication, teamwork, time management, leadership and creativity.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Education, training and employment are protective factors against relapse.
