In NHS Lothian all of the services which help people with shoulder and elbow conditions work together to ensure that they provide the right service, for the right person, at the right time, in the right place.

This is the NHS Lothian Integrated Shoulder and Elbow Service. These services include Physiotherapy, Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner Clinics, Orthopaedics and Radiology.

Our aim is to provide a person-centred, safe and quality service for patients and we use patient pathways to provide appropriate care and seamless transition between these services.
