Play & Stay
Play & Stay is a session that you can attend with your child and meet other parents in your community. It is a chance to allow your child to interact with others and for you to make new connections.
Breastfeeding Support Groups
Breastfeeding Support Groups run across West Lothian, mostly delivered by a member of your Health Visiting Team. It is a chance to meet other breastfeeding mothers.

Health Visiting West Lothian have teamed up with Kidz Eco to deliver groups and sessions to the community.
Baby Clinics
Baby Clinics are usually drop in session in your local Medical Practice where you can drop in and speak with a member of your Health Visiting Team to ask any questions you may have and to weigh your baby.

Baby massage groups delivered by a member of your Health Visiting Team. Baby massage can support weight gain, bonding and many more benefits.
Weaning Support Sessions
Weaning Support Sessions are delivered by a member of your Health Visiting Team, offering guidance on introducing solid foods to infants.
