The need for communication training is paramount to ensure quality person led care and good outcomes for individuals. It is also proven to impact positively on retention of staff who are working in increasingly challenging situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NHS Lothian Clinical Education Team offer a variety of sessions where staff, in varying job roles, can explore and develop their own communications skills, in a safe and supportive way. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Navigating Communication Challenges in Clinical Practice \u2013 Two-Part Programme<\/h2>

This programme explores the foundations of effective communication in clinical practice and builds confidence in managing more challenging or emotionally charged situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aim is to strengthen team relationships, improve workplace culture, and build confidence in managing difficult conversations while maintaining professionalism and empathy.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This communication programme is delivered over two linked sessions<\/strong>, please ensure you are able to attend both days of the programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
