identifying, designing and facilitating training opportunities for staff, this includes providing a training directory to signpost and highlight training.  <a href=\"https:\/\/services.nhslothian.scot\/carehomes\/education-and-training\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">A-Z Learning and Development Directory<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Career Pathways<\/strong> &#8211; identifying and mapping the opportunities and possibilities of a career in care.  <a href=\"https:\/\/services.nhslothian.scot\/carehomes\/do-not-add-to-menu-lothian-care-academy-lca-career-pathways-in-lothian\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Social Care Career Pathway in Lothian<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Recruitment and Retention<\/strong> &#8211;
