workshop focuses on developing assessment skills to meet the needs ofpeople living with dementia in health and social care settings.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text class=\"wp-block-heading\">Intended Learning outcomes:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-regular-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">By the end of the day participants will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Understand causes for distress associated with dementia and how to begin toaddress these.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Apply a person-centred approach to dementia care.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have increased knowledge of the biological, psychological, social, and environmental factors which impact on the person with dementia wellbeing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assess the level dementia modules, which consists of 5 short videos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To access this resources you will need a TURAS account &#8211; this is easy to do and anyone
