The Leadership Pathway<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This resource is for all level of staff. This resource has been developed to provide a variety of self directed learning opportunities and reflective prompts for all levels of staff.<\/p>\n<\/div>

It is designed for individuals to work through at their own pace, choosing topics of particular interest to them, with no set pathway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is no requirement to complete all of this – or submit any evidence if you don’t want to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some of the modules we’ve included are from the SSSC open badges so the evidence and reflections you complete will count towards these if you choose<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recognising the Leader in You:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This 5 month course is provided to support aspiring senior carers or experienced practitioners in their leadership journey through the introduction of key leadership skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The course runs twice a year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
