We know change can be unsettling for a lot of people. Reflect on the following:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>How do you tolerate uncertainty and the risk of failure while supporting creativity, innovation and experimentation within teams and services?<\/li>\n\n\n<li>How do you ensure that staff retain a clear focus on people who use services, families and carers while adapting to change and discontinuity?<\/li>\n\n\n<li>How do you provide a range of channels for staff to provide feedback on change?<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Is there anything you could implement or already do to keep staff, and the people you care for informed of changes? What works?
