They may have difficulty falling off to&nbsp;sleep, may wake up during the night, or may wake up very&nbsp;early&nbsp;in the morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This can have a number of causes.\u00a0 For some people, a period in hospital\u00a0 or a period of pain after an operation disturbs their sleep routine.\u00a0 Napping during the daytime can be natural early after a heart attack or operation but\u00a0if this carries on it may reduce the need for sleep at night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For\u00a0others,\u00a0poor sleep\u00a0may due to\u00a0anxiety\u00a0which can cause an overactive mind at night or fears of falling asleep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Below we have included information and advise on how to get a better sleep.
