Reaching Out

Childline
Chat to a Childline counsellor online or on the phone between 9am-midnight. 1-to-1 chats are available online via the website too. Email support is also available. Tel:  0800 1111

Breathing Space (over 16’s)

Papyrus

Scottish Women’s Aid
Scottish Women’s Aid is the lead organisation in Scotland working towards the prevention of domestic abuse. Support is available 24/7 on the domestic abuse and forced marriage helpline : 0800 027 1234,  *: helpline@sdafmh.org.uk, or www.sdafmh.org.uk/.

Shelter

Supporting Children / Teens With Anxiety: Computerised CBT
Computerised cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is a free online intervention that you can work through flexibly at your own pace. CBT is the recommended treatment for managing anxiety. Access to the modules can be done anywhere and at any time on your computer, tablet or mobile phone. You work independently through these. Calm is the #1 app from Sleep, Meditation and Relaxation. A mindfulness app for beginners and also has a section specifically suited for children and young people.

Moodnotes is a mood tracker and journaling app to capture your mood and help improve thinking habits. It is grounded in CBT and positive psychology, empowering you to track your mood over time and increase your wellbeing.
